CALL RECORDING
Record In and Outbound Calls using one of our Network Based Call Recording Solutions. Inbound calls can be recorded via a Non Geographic Number such as 0800, 0845 or 0870. Calls are recorded and can be emailed as MP3 files to a pre-determined email address or downloaded & listened to at your leisure. Calls stats & monitors for certain call types can be set up.
Outbound Calls can also be recorded at network level and emailed as MP3 files with the use of a pre-call access number. This must be used on a per recorded call basis.
Especially useful in the Financial Services, companies with call centres or other advisory services sectors.
